I finally made my travel debut post-pandemic in early March. It had been just over one year since I had been on a plane since being in quarantine. I made a quick weekend getaway from St. Louis to Atlanta just to get away and hang out with some friends. It was great to have some Girl Time with my Besties. So here I showcase a couple of my looks for the weekend. I have mentioned in previous posts that I rarely buy something new for a particular event or trip because I have quite a collection of outfits in my closet. So into my closet I went to pull together these simple looks.
We went out to enjoy a nice dinner at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. The fried chicken was delicious but I really wish the dinner came with more than one piece of chicken…..you know how they do at those fancy restaurants🤣. For the occasion, I wore this gold shimmery jumpsuit. This is something I bought pre-pandemic probably about two years ago. I ordered it online. I love a good jumpsuit and own several. They are perfect for any occasion. The jewelry is also from my existing collection and was ordered online as well. I tend to find a lot of cute accessories on Etsy, but I don’t limit myself to just one online shopping spot. A lot of times I just go on Google and type in what I’m looking for and it will take me to some great shopping options.

The next outfit was a casual option that I threw together to go grab a bite to eat. Once again all things were gathered from my closet and were previously purchased online. I can thank Amazon for most of this outfit. Once again the jewelry was from my existing collection. Most pieces were purchased online except from one of the bracelets I’m wearing which I purchased while on a trip to Greece.
This was a simple outfit: Ripped Jeans, Crop Top, Fedora and Yellow Purse (for a pop of color). You don’t have to spend a lot of money to be cute. The shirt and hat both purchased on Amazon were each under $25. As I have stated in previous posts, I prefer to spend my money on experiences and not things. I love to travel and enjoy life-that’s what I spend my money on. I’m gonna look cute when I get there though😊, just not going to spend a lot of money doing it. No shade to those that spend money on designer labels. That’s just not my thing. Nothing wrong with splurging on what you like though. You have to do what feels right for you. Don’t get me wrong if I see something I really like I may splurge. Cause I do what I want with my own money!

Fabulous as always!!
Aww Thanks 😊
